If we have instructed you to do so, please click the Atera logo. You will be prompted to save or run the Atera installation package, chose the ‘run’ option, and select ‘yes’ to the security prompt. Once completed, the installer will disappear and we will then have remote management and access to your device.
Please note, Atera is currently only available for Windows devices.
For macOS devices, please use TeamViewer (you may need to follow these instructions if running macOS 10.14 Mojave or newer).
